Why Farm Ral'kala

Ral'kala is a Curse of Ula'tek Prey boss on the Coiled Isle. Unlike a weekly-locked boss, Ral'kala can be summoned and defeated repeatedly, making active group farming the practical route to his rare collectibles.

Unlock Curse of the Isle

1. 1

   Complete the Season 2 Prey introduction

   Finish the Prey: A Slithering Threat questline so the Coiled Isle Prey content is available.
2. 2

   Travel to the Coiled Isle

   Use the Season 2 Prey route to reach the island and find the Image of Astalor Bloodsworn.
3. 3

   Enable Curse of the Isle

   Speak with the Image to enter the island's persistent Nightmare phase. This enables Ossified Relics and the Ral'kala summoning loop.

Farm Ossified Relics

Ossified Relics are Warband items found as skull-shaped treasures around the Coiled Isle. They can also come from world quests, enemies, and the Prey: Anguish from Beyond quest. A Haunted Brazier needs 100 total relics, but every nearby player can contribute toward that total.

Efficient Group Loop

1. 1

   Join a brazier group

   Search Group Finder for Ral'kala or Haunted Brazier groups while the farm is active.
2. 2

   Reach a Haunted Brazier

   Use a brazier marked on the Coiled Isle map and pool relics with the group until the contribution reaches 100.
3. 3

   Contribute before the summon

   Offer at least one Ossified Relic so you receive Whispers from De Other Side and become eligible for Ral'kala loot.
4. 4

   Defeat and repeat

   Ral'kala becomes attackable shortly after the summon. Move with the group to the next active brazier or repeat the relic loop; the boss can be killed multiple times in a day.
