Blizzard reports this hotfix was actually deployed live on Friday, July 24 at about 12:30 p.m. PDT, but the fix wasn't publicly detailed until this follow-up post several days later. It will also be reflected in the next official hotfixes roundup.

  Dance of Midnight — Fixed a bug that caused the Dance of Midnight Apex talent ranks 2 and 3 to incorrectly increase damage taken. They now decrease damage taken, as intended.
