Chrono Shift — The PvP Talent now reduces movement speed by 30% in PvP combat, down from 50%.

- Fix:
Oddball Ingredient — In the Shadow Enclave delve variant Infiltrate and Ameliorate, Oddball Ingredient now teleports to one of several points in the play space if dropped into the pit.
