Patch 12.1.5 Hotfixes — October 16, 2026

Murder in a Row — Each barrel now shows the radius of its safe area, clarifying where players must stand after the corrected safe-spot assignment behavior.

Watch Out Behind You — The Coiled Altar achievement can now be completed by raid groups larger than 20 players.

Returning the Bounty — The Pit Boss should no longer fail to spawn in Jan'alai's Refuge.

Valeera's Stagger — Valeera's Stagger now functions when a healer is present in a delve or labyrinth.

Scar of Kathra'natir — Its damage-over-time effect no longer deals more damage to Valeera than intended.

The Speaker's Chamber — A rare issue that could make players fall through the map has been fixed.

Loa-Blessed Wayfarer and Loa-Blessed Victory — Players who missed these rewards in the Ancestral Bounty chest can receive them from Kinduru after completing the labyrinth.

Group scaling — Some creatures and bosses no longer scale health and damage higher than intended in groups.

Sha'kuro's Soul Storm — Soul Storm can no longer be interrupted before all Unfortunate Souls are defeated, preserving the intended stun damage window.

L00T RAID-R Mini — The item can now be used more than once inside The Labyrinth of Kindo'jan.
